OUR MEATS

CHICKEN (ORGANIC): 1 day marinated in Chipotle Adobo and then grilled to perfection.

RIBEYE STEAK: 1 day marinated in Chipotle Adobo and then grilled to medium-rare.

CARNITAS (ORGANIC): organic pork with juniper berries, thyme, bay leaves, black pepper corns. Roasted slow in the oven until very tender.

CHORIZO: Spicy mexican sausage.

SALSA’S

PICO DE GALLO: Fresh tomato salsa with onion, garlic, fresh lime juice, cilantro A Classic but oh so good (mild/medium).

TOMATILLO SALSA: A unique, green, light, slightly sour mild salsa.

TOMATILLO CHIPOTLE SALSA: Roasted tomatillo salsa with Chipotle Adobo (excellent with carnitas, chicken or vegetarian burrito’s (medium spicy).

HABANERO SALSA: Garlic, tomato and Habaneros (very spicy).

CORN SALSA: Corn, peppers, tomato, onion, cilantro, fresh lime juice, appel vinager (ligth).

ANANAS SALSA: Fresh pineapple and chipotle peppers have been made into a really special salsa, delicious in a Burrito Carnitas, sweet and spicy.
